About this speaker
Jondi Anderson is the Vice President for Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco) responsible for overseeing the company’s Human Resources (HR) function for its Hawai’i operations. Jondi joined Servco in 2004 after moving back home to Hawai’i from Southern California.
In her role, Jondi oversees programs, policies, and processes that support what she considers the career lifecycle for Team Servco in Hawai’i. From recruitment to retention to retirement, Jondi works with Servco’s Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards (compensation), Safety, Labor Relations, and Employee Relations/Engagement teams to ensure Servco remains an employer of choice in Hawai’i. Her passion is in maintaining a strong inclusive culture driven by Servco’s core values of respect, service, teamwork, and innovation.
Prior to Servco, Jondi began her Human Resources career at Kaufman and Broad where her role focused primarily on compensation and benefits. She then moved to Comcast Cable where she continued to work in the comp/benefits arena, as well as recruitment, before becoming a HR Generalist.
After graduating from Kamehameha Schools, Jondi attended Loyola Marymount University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Psychology and her master’s in business administration in Human Resources (certificate in International Business). One of Jondi’s passions is to ensure that children of Hawai’i have viable career opportunities and find post-high school or post-college success in the islands – which she herself has been blessed to have.
